In 2016, our founder tried to book a flight — and was blocked by his bank. When he called to ask why, they told him they had blocked the IP addresses of the entire country he was in. Smile ID exists to make sure where you are doesn't determine what you can access.

Previously launched country operations for GiveDirectly in Malawi and ran operations at fintech startups focused on credit analytics and cross-border payments.
Cameron Gray
CTO
Previously CTO of Deserve (consumer credit card platform with ML-based underwriting) and built fintech products at Max Levchin's HVF incubator.
